Filter Disc

We can provide single-layer or multi-layer filter disc made of metal wire mesh. It can be divided into special shapes such as circular, square, kidney shaped, elliptical, etc.

Material applications: stainless steel wire mesh,plain steel wire mesh, brass mesh, galvanized mesh, etc.

Disc diameter: from 5mm to 600mm.

Characteristic:

1. Acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, and wear resistance;

2. Good filtration performance and uniform surface filtration performance for filter particle sizes ranging from 2-200um;

3. Good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, pressure resistance, and wear resistance;

4. Uniform and precise filtration accuracy of pores;

5. Large flow rate per unit area;

6. Suitable for low and high temperature environments;

Application:

The filter mesh is mainly used in the absorption, evaporation and filtration processes of petroleum, chemical industry, medicine, metallurgy, machinery, ships, automobiles, etc., to remove fog drops or liquid foam in automobiles and trucks, or as  air filter.
